My Personality Test Results

What aspects of personality does this tell me about?
There has been much research on how people describe others, and five major dimensions of human personality have been found. They are often referred to as the OCEAN model of personality, because of the acronym from the names of the five dimensions.
Openness to Experience/Intellect
High scorers tend to be original, creative, curious, complex; Low scorers tend to be conventional, down to earth, narrow interests, uncreative.
You are somewhat conventional.     (Your percentile: 24)

Conscientiousness
High scorers tend to be reliable, well-organized, self-disciplined, careful; Low scorers tend to be disorganized, undependable, negligent.
You are neither organized or disorganized.     (Your percentile: 58)

Extraversion
High scorers tend to be sociable, friendly, fun loving, talkative; Low scorers tend to be introverted, reserved, inhibited, quiet.
You are neither particularly social or reserved.     (Your percentile: 53)

Agreeableness
High scorers tend to be good natured, sympathetic, forgiving, courteous; Low scorers tend to be critical, rude, harsh, callous.
You are neither extremely forgiving nor irritable.     (Your percentile: 44)

Neuroticism
High scorers tend to be nervous, high-strung, insecure, worrying; Low scorers tend to be calm, relaxed, secure, hardy.
You aren't particularly nervous, nor calm.     (Your percentile: 43)

What do the scores tell me?
In order to provide you with a meaningful comparison, the scores you received have been converted to "percentile scores." This means that your personality score can be directly compared to another group of people who have also taken this personality test. The percentile scores show you where you score on the five personality dimensions relative to the comparison sample of other people who have taken this test on-line. In other words, your percentile scores indicate the percentage of people who score less than you on each dimension. For example, your Extraversion percentile score is 53, which means that about 53 percent of the people in our comparison sample are less extraverted than you -- in other words, you are neither introverted or extroverted. Keep in mind that these percentile scores are relative to our particular sample of people. Thus, your percentile scores may differ if you were compared to another sample (e.g., elderly British people).

Beauty

Everyone has their own thoughts when it comes to a person being pretty or ugly because everyone see's people differently. Just like in the episode of the Twilight Zone where everyone thought that that very normal looking women was scary looking and thought she was a sick person when really they were the ones who looked like monsters. At least in my eyes because i have been brought up to think beauty is one thing when other people may think beauty is a totally different thing. Yes, I do think beauty changes over time because in the 40's women would make themselves look manly and shapless. Now, women like to show their curves and wear makeup to look natural, that is the beauty of 2010.

Bullying, Harassment, & the Need to Belong

Bullying has always been an issue, through out the 70's, 80's, 90's and now so I'm sure there is no way to completely get rid of bullying and/or harassment because there is always going to be mean people in the world whether we like it or not. Although, I do not think there is any acceptable time to bully someone nor is there an innacceptable time because it should never be okay to hurt someone physically or mentally. I dont think me as one person could change all of Kimberly to be a better place, but I could make sure if I see a kid getting picked on I would help them out and teach the bullies a lesson or two for being mean to an innocent boy or girl. I have never been a bystander to bullying because I'm not I have seen any but I know if I do see it, I will try and stop it. Bully and harassment is not okay in my eyes and should be stopped.

Role Playing & Standford Prison Study

When we were first assigned for our role playing I was unsure on how to act. But as a the time went on we all started to fit into our roles. Sometimes I felt bad on the things that were said because even though it wasn't true the harsh words were still said and it was hard to ignore. Same with the Stanford Prison Study, they all knew the experiment was fake but as time went on most of the guards started to react like actual guards and were making the prisoners do horrible and embarrassing things which in turn made the prisoners feel like real prisoners and some started to have mental breakdowns like the ones who had to leave the experiment for example. The entire study I think changed everyone because they were all put out of their comfort zones and started to feel like actual prisoners or guards and that I'm sure really affected them as it was shown in the video.

Rorschach ink blot!

When I made this I had no idea what it turn out to be but when I finally unfolded it I first saw a frog which to me makes me feel happy and childish. But when I looked at it again I saw two teddy bears holding hands and kissing which I found very adorable. So either way this ink blot shows happiness in my eyes.
